Position: Sales Representative
Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: $60,000.00/yr (paid weekly)
• Commission: Negotiated at final interview
• Company Vehicle and Fuel
• Company Provided Cell Phone
• 10 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) per year after 1 year of employment.
• 6 Holidays Off
• Health, Dental, Vision Benefits available after 90 days

Probationary Period: The first ninety (90) days of employment will serve as a probationary period to ensure a mutual fit for the position and to familiarize you with our tools and systems for independent productivity.
Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Manage and cultivate accounts within the designated territory, primarily focusing on Fort Myers and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively seeking out potential clients and projects.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
• Utilize company resources and tools efficiently to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
